7 Steps to clearing the Bluetooth Cache on an Android phone.
- Go to Settings and select APPS.
- Show system apps – select this from the menu in the top right corner; you may need to swipe left, swipe right, or choose it.
- Select Bluetooth from the now more extensive list of APPS.
- Select Storage
- Tap Clear Cache
- Go back
- Restart your phone.
