Yes, the CoolStream Duo will work on docking stations that are using the 12V Firewire charging. Examples of such docking stations include the Original Bose SoundDock for iPod and the Apple HiFi for iPod. The CoolStream Duo can also be connected to a docking station or stereo through the auxiliary jack.
