  1. I followed all the steps in Solution 3. However, my phone won’t synch the coolstream. It just stopped working. I’ve had this device for about 3 or 4 years. Do I need to replace it? I never had any problems. It has always synched with my bluetooth with no problem. Now my phone keeps searching for it but coolstream won’t show up on my device. Any suggestions?

    1. Can you tell me what the lights of the Duo are doing? A single flashing blue light pattern means the Duo is in pairing mode. A double flashing blue light pattern means the Duo is already paired to another device. If this is what you see, then you will need to find the device paired to the Duo and turn off the Bluetooth of that device. Once you see the single blue flashing pattern, your phone will be able to pair with the Duo.
Pro Tip – Anytime you have difficulty pairing to a Bluetooth device, it helps to turn off the Bluetooth function of ANY Bluetooth-enabled device in the vicinity. This alleviates any signal conflict that could arise. This includes phones, iPads, Apple watches, FitBits, Bluetooth headsets, computers, etc. Also, turning a device off is not the same as turning off Bluetooth. Sometimes Bluetooth can still run in the background, which could cause a signal conflict.
